Return and Refund Policy:
We aim to provide quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review the Refund and Return Policy below to understand our guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted to contact@sevolero.com within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. When submitting a claim for damaged/defective/lost packages, please include as much detail as possible using methods such as photos, videos, and descriptions of the issues. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Sevolero cannot offer a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your product has been received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale items
- Digital or downloadable products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please send an email to contact@sevolero.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Please note:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- The item should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for items damaged due to inadequate packaging.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate when placing your order. Sevolero is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. If an incorrect address is provided, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.
6. Damaged Items in Shipping
We take great care in packing your items; however, once the package leaves our facility, we are not liable for any damages that may occur during shipping. Severino Bertolero is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
7. Lost Packages
If your package is marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to investigate. Sevolero is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange an item, please email contact@sevolero.com for assistance.
